Circuit made safe before we leave
A power cut rarely picks a good time. We trace the fault methodically (board, circuit by circuit, then the appliance that started it) instead of swapping parts and hoping.
What is included
- Systematic fault finding on the board and circuits
- Immediate isolation of the faulty circuit so the rest of the home works
- Repair on the spot when parts allow, or a clear written quote
- Test of every RCD before we leave
Good to know
If your neighbours are dark too, the fault is on the grid side, call your network operator first and save yourself a call-out fee. If the main breaker trips the moment you reset it, leave it off and call us: something is genuinely wrong.
